William and Kate to Attend Royal Engagement at Harrow College on October 10th

Kate Middleton and her husband Prince William will attend an event run by mental health charity Mind, in collaboration with World Mental Health Day at Harrow College in London on Oct. 10.

Biscuiteers Baking CompanyAs part of their official engagement they will meet young people who are engaged with Mind as volunteers. These volunteers have experienced mental health problems at some stage in their lives.

For the royal couple, raising awareness about mental health is a cause that is close to their hearts.

This visit comes after Middleton’s solo official engagement to the Anna Freud Centre that she took up; post her maternity leave in September.

The British royals will learn about the new Mindkit project, which is being implemented across London. It educates young people about emotional health and resilience.

William and Kate will also be updated about the anti-stigma campaign Time to Change, which aims to break the stigma of speaking about mental health issues. Click link for full post from IBTimes.com
