This was the nation's first glimpse of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge with both of their children as Prince George joined the royal couple for his younger sister Princess Charlotte's christening this afternoon.

The family of four made the journey to the church of St Mary Magdalene in Sandringham together for the private ceremony, attended by just 21 official guests including the Queen and Prince Philip as well as other close family members and the nine-week old princess's five godparents.

Kate, dressed all in ivory, pushed Charlotte in a traditional-style black pram while George - who turns two on July 22 - walked alongside his parents, clutching his father's hand tightly.

It is only the second time Princess Charlotte has been seen in public, and the first time the family have been photographed together.  Click link for full post from The Daily Mail.

Princess Charlotte's Christening Taking Place In Historic Church

PRINCESS Charlotte is repeating history by being christened in the Church of St Mary Magdalene in Sandringham.

The last great-granddaughter of a serving sovereign to be born in direct succession on the male line – Princess Mary – was also baptised in the same church 118 years ago in 1897.

George VI’s younger sister, Princess Mary, was born in the year her great-grandmother Queen Victoria marked her Diamond Jubilee, while Charlotte arrived in the year her great-grandmother the Queen is due to overtake Victoria’s record as the country’s longest reigning monarch.

Bally UKSt Mary Magdalene was also where Charlotte’s late grandmother, Diana, Princess of Wales, was christened on August 30, 1961.

Diana was born at Park House on the Sandringham estate in Norfolk. Other notable christenings at the church include Princess Charlotte’s great-great-grandfather King George VI in 1896.  Click link for full post from EXPRESS.

Caption: Prince William is spotted aboard a Ryanair flight

PRINCE WILLIAM could easily fly first class or even in a royal private jet.

Anthropologie (UK)But instead the Duke of Cambridge, 33, opted to travel 'cattle class' on budget airline Ryanair during a recent trip to Glasgow - much to the surprise of his fellow passengers who weren't used to such esteemed company.

Wearing a navy blue jumper, pale shirt, trousers and glasses, a casually-dressed William could have almost been mistaken for any other passenger.

The future King, who was accompanied by just one bodyguard, was travelling to Scotland from his Norfolk home as part of his training programme with the East Anglian Air Ambulance.

It comes after the prince was blasted for travelling 80 miles - from Highgrove, in Gloucestershire, to Windsor, in Berkshire, - in a helicopter at an estimated cost of £8,000 for taxpayers during a trip that would have only taken him an hour-and-a-half in a car.  Click link for full post from Express.
